silly question, old seal exchange?

OK, so where do you exchange old seals now, as I have 1200 seals of the protector and can't find where to exchange them. Adventure seal trader doesn't give the choice any more.

The other seal vendor. The seal of the brave vendor in PE or the port in Chult. Misc tab, scroll to bottom. Bag of seals of the brave.
