Elemental XXXX sealed containers only contain worthless gemstones
I have opened a dozen or two of these sealed containers you get for doing HE and some quests in the elemental evil campaign. If I look at them it says there is a chance of 1 of 4 items:

However everytime I open one it only contains a worthless gemstone, usually a black pearl, which isn't listed as one of the options.

Rank 5 enchantments were all universally coupled into black pearls when the refinement changes dropped. They haven't updated the tooltips it seems. There are no lesser resonance stones anymore either.
Rank 5s only drop now when you use a Fey blessing enchantment.5
