Shadowy disappearance and stealth

So not sure if anyone cares or uses this power, but was anyone else aware that shadowy disappearance doesn't go on cooldown if used from stealth? Maybe mine is just glitched, but I thought this was pretty awesome to use with Sabo path since I can get a triple use out of an okay-ish aoe power.

    Mind showing where in that skill tip it says "if triggered from stealth power doesn't go on cooldown" cause mine sure doesn't say it.

    How about you go play on preview and ask the devs if it's working as it should be... hear them say yes and feel like doh!

    IIRC Shadowy Disappearance is the only TR encounter whose tooltip doesn't list any "while in stealth" effect. So I always assumed that it wasn't a bug but just an incomplete tooltip.

    Combined with Lurker's Assault this can be spammed a lot but that's not really powerful.

    @demonmonger lemme just try that from my xbox....oh wait can't, anywho @artillery this is what I more or less what i ment, perhaps you just say it in a better way.
