Cheering crowd sound?

Hey everyone

So this is going to sound....strange. I just looked this up on here and didn't find much in the way of info. Something about a bug or another , but in a different zone.

So here's what happened. I just now went to Vellosk to start the quest there and as soon as I hit the zone and it loads in. I get this loud cheering sound of a crowd then it fades away.
At first I thought, 'Oh must be the town near and there's a crowd, something is going on.'
When I get to the first small encampment, no crowd, then the Applause and cheering happen again.

Who's making these sounds?! Ghost? I am spooked! hehe
Anyone else getting this in Vellosk?

It comes from Sahha Ticket Ball, the activity from Summer Festival. At the end of a round, the sound plays. There is a bug/glitch which caused it not to diminish in volume the farther you are from it... so it is equally loud in a very large area. The reason you encountered in Velosk is that the zone is a popular spot for Ticket Ball as well as Winter Fest gifting. Conducting the activities inside the tents prevents items from being thrown as far and the ball from getting knocked away.
