Can I still get the Shield of the Steel Bulwark?

in The Guard Barracks
Currently looking for it. Is there any way to get it?

I read somewhere that there's Elemental Shield of Howling Hatred which has the same appearance. How do I re-do that quest and get the rewards?

    If is the Howling Hatred shield, check the Maze Engine campaign store.

    I bought the Air package. only got the armors.

    quests cant be shared now right? so I cant redo those quests?
    kinda bummed abt it. but its ok. there are other circular shields that I can still get I think.

    IIRC the weapons and shields are on the second tab. They are sold separately.

    i dont see it in there.

    do I need to unlock something before I see it in the shop?

    It may not be there then? I know the Howling Hatres armor is on the first tab and the second tab has weapons and offhands. So I guessed that maybe it was, but then I forgot to check last night. If so, sorry for wasting your time.
