Prominence enchantment possible visual bug/feature?

So when I saw the recent patch notes with thunderhead giving the highest visual at all ranks I was wondering if it's the same case for prominence aswell but the other way around... This is what it looks like after perfect rank. https://media.giphy.com/media/5brRJt5kWKtsyJahej/giphy.gif . It might not be a bug but just out of curiosity since it doesn't look as good as any other enchant at perfect/after perfect rank.

    Yeah the visual effect is extremely lackluster. Since holy dmg usually has a yellow color, perhaps they didn't know how to avoid making it look like the Holy Avenger enchant and therefore gave it a muted appearance to distinguish the two. Imo they could have given it a pure white (or another light color) visual effect and it would've done the trick. The final product as is seems a bit lazy imagination wise.

    Why also is the only "scaling" enchant that do not show up the scaling when you scroll over it buffed?( in reality it scales like all scaling enchants).
