What is classed as melee power?

So I've been told the new +% items are bis. And I'm currently used tires kiuno of the bear. But when looking at our powers only a handful have the "melee" tag. Has any of this been tested?

"Melee is a form of physical combat that requires the attacker to be relatively close (arm plus weapon length) to the target as opposed to a ranged attack. Sometimes also called "hand-to-hand" or "close combat"."

Grimah, interesting question.
Searched here and on...another... forum and can't find someone who has tested on GF.
I never thought to check, just assumed it was at-wills...

Challenge accepted.

In front of a dummy as I type this...

The melee bonus % seems to proc for me w all at-wills (that was obvious), Griffin and kneebreaker...
Imma follow-up on this... putting on test dummy toon w ACT in controlled environment and will run it through whole GF arsenal... when I capture image of clear yes/no on each power will add in edit here...
