[Feature request] Discard refinement points from enchant

Hi,

it would be great it we could get an option to discard the refinement points we already have inside an enchant, resetting it to cero at its current level. That way we could stack those old enchants that have those annoying little excess of refinement that makes those enchants unstackable.

    Or you could consider getting them up to the next level to stack.
