Hi
How much generally armor penetration I should have on my TR?
6,5k (65%) without bonuses and bondings?
or
6-8 k (60-80%) with bondings?

85% with bondings proc'd if you are doing T9 or Cradle.

65% for anything else.

You're also gonna need 100% resistance ignored for M14 dungeon - Castle Ravenloft
