Bug in graphic engine?

Obiously, PCs should not be able to pass through walls, bars etc. I was doing a dig site, got bounced by an AOE into an alcove that had bars on the entrance as part of the wall. Now I have completed the site because of course the NPCs followed me in there and I killed them all, but I am now stuck in the alcove and cant get out. Cant loot the final teeasure, cant even log out and have my character appear outside the dig site. I guess at this point all I can do is wait for the idle timer to start and expire, but this is lame either way.

    If you find yourself stuck in some terrible collision, you have a few choices to fix the problem:
    1) Change instances. Sometimes this is the quickest option when you don't really care about the state of your missions or loot or whatever.
    2) Unstuck. From the Game Menu -> Help -> Stuck. It'll move you in a random direction a few feet. This can sometimes move you through a wall or over a awkward rock that's blocking you. I think the command is "/unstuck" as a shortcut.
    3) Die and respawn. From the Game Menu -> Help -> Stuck, after a couple tries, "I'm stuck" becomes "Kill me". It'll send you back to a campfire. I think you get an injury to avoid people abusing this too much.

    Im having problems the last days, i cant enter in the game i run the launcher but after the crytic message the screen become black and dont show me character list, just the music is playing but the screen is black.
