Neverwinter preview WONT WORK

I can NOT use neverwinter preview sever there is no tab I can't sign up cause it says You have no Cryptic Account. Public Test Server
In an effort to ensure that our games provide the best possible experience for their players, we allow a small group of dedicated users to view and provide feedback on upcoming content to help us improve the content before we release it to the masses.
So what the heck is going on? There is no sign up so I cant even sign up for it Cause it keeps saying this HAMSTER.
