    im not even sure trapper is still the route for best dps.
    btw i would say yes, stick with dread

    Dread will always be bis for trapper. Maybe unless your hybrid trapper. Glad I brought up the careful attack thing. Finally something more useful to compete against stormwarden hrs

    Thanx for the info, food for thought I guess. 10% extra crit chance equals an 18.5% damage increase (0.1×185) so dropping gambit while preserving 185 critsev would seem to work out the same as swapping to fey. Fey's advantage being it applies to everything, not just critical hits, which will be a thing when the nerfbat hits us all in 12b. Vorpal does apply to CA, while fey will not (due to it's indirect nature or some other reason), according to devs in the bug fix thread. Which is another thing to consider.

    Btw, are the fixes to seekers etc. live..? Or coming with 12b..?

    Neither. The fixes in the October Bug Fix thread are not going live when 12b drops but at some point in the as yet indeterminate future. Unless they throw in a Mod 12C to include just these bug fixes, it seems likely they wont be included until Mod13.

    Pff.

    12b is just going to be a massive kick in our collective nuts/ovaries in that case.

    Think I might take a mod off on the HR, swap my enchants to my TR and drive people insane in PvP.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    The fix to seekers is working on preview. Whatever is working on preview atm will be going live on 12.5 as far as I know.

    Should I change my Fey to vorpal? Fay's bug has been repaired but now proc with skills. Has anybody tested what is better?

    fey is pretty much BIS in boss fights for my SW or PF combat but lightning is king in mobs
