Looking for some pvp build and tips or tricks or any hidden secrets anyone feel like sharing?

Never played tr b4 so I know nothing about it.

Currently, there isn't a ton of variaty as far as PVP TR builds go but here is a basic breakdown of PVP TR builds:
PVP TR offense stats: PVP TRs almost universally stack power and recovery and mostly leave their other offense stats for dead. Stack as much of these 2 stats as you can, there is no such thing as too much. The ideal amounts of these 2 stats to shoot for is 30k power or higher and 20k recovery or higher. If you are missing any boons or gear, you may need to shoot for a lower goal number for one or both of these stats. In general, 25k power and 15k recovery are stable numbers to work with. Also add on other sources of cooldown reduction such as AP gain when you can get it. Combat advantage bonus is a good source of extra damage and I recommend adding some on when you get the opportunity to do so.
PVP TR defense stats: Currently, most PVP TRs stack lifesteal and HP as their main defensive stats (ideal numbers: 20%-30% lifesteal and 160k-200k HP). Another viable option is stacking deflect + lifesteal (ideal numbers: 60%-70% deflect and 20% lifesteal). If you have enough self healing comming from non lifesteal related sources, you could forgo the lifesteal and do deflect + HP as your main defensive stats (ideal numbers: 60%-90% deflect and 160k+ HP). As another important tip, no matter what defense stat duo you choose to focus on, always make sure your HP pool does not fall below 120k, I recommend you try to keep it at 140k+ if you can. If you can find a way to cram 1k incomming healing bonus and 3k regeneration onto your TR, those are good things to have but not required; they buff your other sources of self healing, such as lifesteal and insignia power heals. Obviously stamina gain is great to stack too.
Recommended feat tree for PVP TRs: As for what feat tree to pick, go with executioner so you can use shadow of demise (SOD). Executioner is already the meta and module 12B will push the other 2 TR feat trees even further behind executioner than they are right now. I have not yet made the switch to executioner myself so I have not got any specific advice on which executioner feats you should take.
Recommended paragon path for PVP TRs: For your paragon path, I recommend taking master infiltrator. Whisperknife is viable but it is still weaker than master infiltrator is and harder to work with as a result.
Encounter powers TRs use in PVP: For TR encounter powers, most TRs use smokebomb, impossible to catch, and a third encounter power that can vary slightly. Usually that third encounter power is shadow strike though dazing strike is still seen in PVP from time to time as well. Other encounter powers don't see much use in PVP and tend to only be used when someone is testing an experimental build. Whisperknife TRs are rare but those that do exist tend to use smokebomb, vengence's pursuit, and a third encounter power that varies. I know only 1 WK PVPer that is still active and he was using dazing strike or shadowy disappearence as his third encounter power last time I saw him.
At will powers TRs use in PVP: At will power choice in PVP is a little bit less rigid than encounter power choice though there is still a majority trend; most TRs use duelist's flurry and cloud of steel. Some TRs prefer to use sly flourish instead of DF because it doesn't knock you out of stealth as quickly as DF does. Every now and then, you will see someone using gloaming cut though this is usually a sporadic thing and not part of a player's usual setup. I am unsure what the usual at will power setup for WKs is, they do have disheartening strike but I am unclear on how often WKs choose that power over other at wills.

Weapon and Armor enchantments PVP TRs use: For your armor slot, go with elven battle, barkshield, or shadowclad. Soulforged is decent too but not usually a meta choice for a PVP TR. For your weapon slot, go with feytouched, vorpal, or lightning.

(A little old) Get your AP up there by stacking Mount FailSnail Legacy, Silverys in Offense Slots, INT to MAX, Race Sun Elf, get all the AP Gain Boons available, WEAPONS: BURNING SET or FEY SET. SABOUTEAR, with Shadow Strike. Get all the defensive slots filled with HP and get yourself a Mane of the Manticore (;) You will be spamming Dailyes like crazy and everyone who faces u will be countered by that Mane 1/2 of your HP.. You will be unstopable machine. Enjoy!

Go executioner and kill with shadow of demise.
PVP TR offense stats:
