  Restarted PS4 and game after I couldn’t send mail now I can’t connect to the account server at all. I’d start a new thread but I juuuuuust registered on the forums.

  Cannot connect in Phoenix , also if you go to outage websites many are experiencing this also

  Yeah, PS4 server is currently down. They are aware and investigating.

  Indeed can't connect too. Friends who are still playing said that if you disconect, you can't log back.

  Level 3 is reporting a large outage right now. Those going through the area on L3 networks to connect to stuff will see issues. Doesn't look like the server is actually down, just those going through L3 to get to the server are unable to connect due to the L3 outage.

  You can't. You have to wait for L3 to resolve the issue. It's not even something your ISP can resolve, for it's a level above them even. L3 provides internet network infrastructure to ISPs. The report on the outage states that they found the issue and are working to repair it but they do say that some areas are starting to see normal functionality. With how important L3, I doubt it will take a long time to resolve. They are usually super quick to remedy issues on their Networks.
