Since,
1. Bondings are getting effectively nerfed for balancing
2. Mobs for top end campaign and dungeon were increased in difficulty because of high end players
3. Random queues are being added with rewards for finishing
4. The DC class is getting nerfed in its functions
5. The 2 DC 2 Tank meta to finish TONG in a respectable time is publically stated by devs NOT to be the way TONG was supposed to work
6. The minimum TIL for TONG is 12k IL which is supposed to allow a group to finish in 30min
7. The new stones to complete rank 14 enchants are gated behind TONG
I offer the following challenge to the Developers:
Compose a party of 5 12k adventurers, rainbow setup with 1 DC, 1 tank, and 3 dps and live stream your successful 30minute run.
Show us all that we really do not know what we are talking about, and that you really can finish the dungeon with that kind of setup (in mod 12b).

Add "No use of dev tools", for obvious reasons.
Add "No R14/UP enchants", since you would need to beat T9G in 12.5 to get the top end enchanting stones (or, on release day, they'll be so stupidly expensive that if you could afford one, you probably aren't 12k).
Beyond the above restrictions, no Insider Knowledge. The people running the dungeon shouldn't have been involved with its design or be coached by those who were.

It's worth noting that they probably shouldn't be allowed to have +5 rings, loyal avenger gear, or +4 IG gear either (they can use +5 IG gear if they want).
