    I was testing in tob a while ago, just noticed that when I had aotf on, ca ticks were higher if I was standing further away when they procced.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    Tomb? Thats not a good way to test. You should hit a dummy with ca on preview with test weapons and use aimed strike since it's damage is fixed and have it proc ca. Then jump back as soon as possible before aimed strike ticks end and see if ca's dmg scales with the distance.
