Help wanted (what should I do with missing, but precious artifact)

Good evening,
I want to ask about my lost artifact "Bruenor's Helm".
The problem is - I remember, that I get it, wear it, lvl up, then buy a new artifact and store Helm in my bank. But a few weeks ago I try to find it and cannot see anything.
I know it's a my mistake, but please, can someone help to return it back to me? (it was about 20th lvl, but I'm with glad take every lvl you can send).
I know, it's bind by pick-up, and I cannot buy it.
And no, I do not wasn't to replace it with any other artifacts!
I already replay the entire arc of quests with hope to get it second time, but it won't helps.
& I already write to CS, but no way they can help me, because I do not know exactly the day it was removed, even a week =(
In addition I can attach my photo of charachter page and "collection" page.
But this artifact has a much meaning to me, because, than i was younger I have read a Robert Salvatore's books from "Forgotten Realms" and dreaming of day to know its lore better (never dreaming of playing in such a game) and make such a stupid mistake.

Hello, it was a long ago, I think it was just disappeared from bank(
So, I've got a "Xmas present", logon, open 'inventory' an there was my precious Bruenor's Helm!)
P.s. Be polite, open a new ticket, give as many info as you can, and u'll get what you want!)

Not sure what your class is and if that is an appropriate artifact for your class. I know for Tanks that artifact is not all that bad but for a DPS or Healing class there are way better options.
