Best Potions, Elixirs and Food for Tank

I am already at defense cap and was wondering what would be the best potions, Elixir and Food combo for us aswell as how many different potions food and elixir we could take at once.

I am trying to push my recovery and deflect stats higher because there is no benefit for me to take defence stats anymore.

Would love if someone can post the BIS for the purpose of gaining more deflect severity, deflect chance aswell as recovery.
