Guardian Fighter: Iron Guard: This feat's effects now properly provide 5% reduced damage per stack, rather than 5% reduced damage regardless of stacks.

Valhalla set cut 15% enemies damage
Iron Guard (Protector capstone) cut another 20%
Daunting Challenge (tactician), another 10% (except youself).
United (tactician) , another 5%
T. Plague Fire/Frost/Terror/Bronzewood cut 8~10% more - T. Feytouched cut 18% incoming damage to you
Vivified gear maxed + Relic weapons + Ostorian Rings + Soup + Everfrost potion ...= 100% everfrost resistance.
Something's missing ?
Daunting Challenge is 10% for everyone, including yourself.
United is only worth 5% DR, which is worth nothing for most classes and is useless if you hit the DR cap.
Trans Plague is only ~5.9% at 3 stacks (1 *[1-.02] *[1-.02] * [1-.02]).
Trans Feytouched is better than stated and, if you hit enemies with both the single target and AoE debuff, Fey debuffs enemy damage by 27.3% (1*[1-.15] *[1-.15]).
EF resist effectively caps out at 80% according to Sharpedge's tests.

I think yes, it is proven fixed...
https://forum.arcgames.com/neverwinter/discussion/1231508/tested-protector-capstone-iron-guard#latest
and I think yes, good news...
Although I am a bit biased.
In reality it probably will not change things much.
Well geared, experienced Conqs and Tacts usually tank just fine anyway. No reason for them to suddenly go Prot.
The Iron Guard fix will matter most to three kinds if players:
1) new players with low gear who want a traditional tank. Protector is viable again.
2) Guild elders and drill seargents who want a "Nanny Tank" to carry and train squishy guildies through tough dungeons. I do alot of this.
and...
3) Those few pitiful fools who have invested their soul into Protector-based builds and play style. Poor saps.
I am Took.
