Symbol of air artifact is bugged the cool down remains 180 even at mythic.

Please fix the cool down to 60 seconds at mythic wai

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    This bug still annoys me. No one in their right mind would use this artifact as an active when the cooldown is so long (180 seconds instead of 60 seconds). Why doesn't this compare to all of the other Elemental Symbols, including the Wheel of Elements?

    @terramak This seems like probably a pretty easy fix.
