Hello good morning I was playing the game and suddenly this one I left to the main menu and I find that to give play this is disconnected. I am from Spain.
yeah I belive they need to give all of us something for this HAMSTER how many of us are going to have to redo what we where doing. hell I was in a middle of a darn boss fight and then the server craped out. we all need to be compensate for this. these consent sever crashing is getting old.
There have been unrelated, unannounced / unexpected downtimes recently, which our team is looking into. This was one of them. We hear your frustration, and we're trying to resolve this issue so we can all rest easier.
Regarding other downtimes, including general maintenance: In general, there's a weekly restart on PS4 on Tuesdays, 15:00 UTC (November - March), or 14:00 UTC (March - November for Daylight Saving Time). There's supposed to be an in-game announcement 15 minutes beforehand, if that's not displaying I can work with folks to figure out why.
Any planned downtime should also have a warning on the Play screen at least 12 hours beforehand, I believe.
In addition, any issues with PlayStation™Network may also result in impaired ability to play Neverwinter.
