[PC] First Time Buyer's Pack

I purchased 1,000 Zen through Arc a few days ago and I still haven't been able to claim the First Time Buyer's Pack from the Rewards Claim Vendor. Can someone help me?

    Same situation here I purchased exactly 1,000 zen and then purchased the VIP package, still haven't got the first time buyer's pack, I wrote about it to the GM few days ago got no response tried day after with the GM still no response. I hope maybe I will get some help here...
