  I don't have it yet, but I assume that it would proc the same as Burning Guidance, which does proc from Prism. I;m not exactly sure how much it would proc since many (most) ProtOPs rely heavily on Templar's Wrath which results in lots and lots of temp HPs--meaning you wouldn't heal much resulting in a low proc rate for both BG and HW.

  Well I know prism procs a lot even with temp health. I've never looked into it before though.

  According to Advanced combat tracker I thouhgt, that BG and HW are mostly triggered by prism. Maybe it is true for my devotion pally. My guildmate tried HW + prism on protection pally and there is only few HW records in ACT. I dont know why.
