pvp hr build (need some advice)

I bought a lvl 70 knox package. I got a second hr for pvp purposes. this is a casual pvp toon. Not going to put a load of ad into it. like I did with my main. how would you outfit such a toon? how would you build it?

    Tbh. a good pvp build relies too much on mount bonuses and high end gear. All extremely expensive, and with the pvp situation atm. hugely not worth it.

    Take all the obvious combat feats, pathfinder, vorpal and eleven battle. Push crit as high as you can. Deflect you get from lonewolf and pathfinders action, so don't stack it. Join lvl 20 guild with power and hp boons.

    We're not being unhelpful really, it's just that builds these days are all obvious. There are no 'secret' builds anymore. It just a question of grind and money.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    Yea pretty much gotta have max hp boon to really compete. Try to get up to at least 50% deflect including lone wolf. Get ur crit chance up as high as possible. +50% is what I'm aiming for so azure are a must. Rads or silvery in ur defense slots... I'm goin for rads personally. What specifically do you need help with?
