(PS4) Knox's Adventurer Recruitment Order Question!

I'm curious to know if the level 70 premade character winds up getting deleted somehow, can you create another level 70 in it's place without all of the extras like runic bags, mount, gold, etc etc? Can't seem to find a clear answer anywhere that I've looked so far, any help would be greatly appreciated!
