Just going to keep adding them here. Maybe 1 day these will be fixed.
@ironzerg79 do you have anything to add?
1) Bug: The control components of CW abilities can proc stuff.
To replicate, for example take an ability like steal time and slot storm spell. Cast steal time 100 odd times.
Observed Result:
Sometimes, steal time will not crit, but storm spell will proc. This is because the control component of steal time crit and procced storm spell.
Expected Result:
Storm Spell only procced off the hit that dealt damage.
This bug occurs with steal time, icy terrain and oppressive force.
2) Bug: Storm Spell's damage is modified by implicit damage modifiers within skills.
To replicate, cast something like Oppressive Force a bunch of times.
Observed Result:
When the DoT procs storm spell, it will deal less damage then when the main hit procs it, based on the implicit modifier within the skill.
Expected Result:
Considering it has a chance to proc off each hit of the DoT component and is not proccing off every hit on the condition it procs off the first, it should always proc for full damage.
This bug occurs on Oppressive Force, Icy Terrain, Sudden Storm and Arcane Singularity.
3) Bug: Control Effects have Single Target or AoE status independent of the skill that procs them:
To replicate, slot focused wizardry and then cast a skill like Icy Terrain repeatedly until the control effect procs Storm Spell.
Observed Result:
The Storm Spell proc on the control effect will be classed as single target and increase by 30%, while the other hits will be reduced by 10%.
Expected Result:
The Storm Spell proc is reduced by 10%.
4) Bug: Elemental Empowerment only works on FtF if FtF is off of tab.
To replicate, slot FtF off of tab and feat Elemental Empowerment. Cast FtF and notice you gain the buff. Now slot FtF again and repeat.
Observed Result:
FtF does not proc Elemental Empowerment on tab.
Expected Result:
FtF always procs Elemental Empowerment.
5) Bug: Crit Conflag+FtF off tab does not apply smolder on crit.
To Replicate, slot crit conflag and ftf off tab. Cast FtF until it crits.
Observed Result:
FtF off of tab does not proc smolder on crit when used with crit conflag.
Expected Result:
FtF off tab procs smolder when used with crit conflag.
6) Bug: FtF off tab hits 1 less time than intended.
To replicate, cast FtF off tab and FtF on tab and compare the number of hits on the main target. Then look at the tooltip damage range for both on and off tab. The ranges for on and off tab are identical.
Observed Result:
Off tab, FtF hits 1 less time than on tab. It deals 15% less damage than the on tab FtF however has the same damage range. The additional hit is for 15% of tooltip damage so in conclusion it hits 1 less time than intended.
Expected Result:
FtF on and off tab hit the main target the same number of times.
7) Bug: Disintegrate hits for 15% less than the listed tooltip damage.
To replicate, look at tooltip range with no feats allocated, then spam 100 disintegrates and consider only non crit hits.
Observed Result:
Disintegrate is hitting for 15% less than intended.
Expected Result:
Disintegrate matches the listed tooltip range.
8) Bug: Furious Immolation's damage changes depending on the distance from the center of the AoE
To replicate, cast FI at a single target, varying the distance from the center of the AoE.
Observed Result:
FI hits for different percentages depending on the distance from the center. When FI hits the target right on the edge of the AoE, it deals 35% of the listed tooltip damage.
Expected Result:
FI hits for the full listed tooltip damage.
9) Bug: It is possible to apply both Rimefire and Smolder:
To replicate, remove all feats and boons, slot critical conflagration and cast icy Terrain at a dummy.
Observed Result:
Both Smolder ans Rimefire are applied.
Expected Result:
Only Rimefire was applied.
Comments
10) Bug: Icy Terrain AP generation:
When used on uneven terrain, Icy Terrain does not generate AP. To Replicate, cast Icy Terrain on an incline beside dummies.
Observed Result:
You gain 0 AP.
Expected Result:
You gain 5.2% AP multiplied by AP gain % bonuses.
11) Bug: Shield burst does not benefit from AP gain:
To replicate, cast shield burst with no AP gain bonuses and no stats, make sure you hit at least 1 target. You will note you gain 4.8% AP. Cast Shield again with some recovery and bonuses allocated into AP gain %.
Observed Result:
Shield still grants 4.8% AP.
Expected Result:
The different AP gain sources will multiply and increase the AP generation by shield.
This bug also occurs with Fanning the Flame, only FtF provides 6.6% AP.
12) Bug: Disintegrates AP gain value is not fixed:
To replicate, cast disintegrate a bunch of times.
Observed Result:
The AP provided by disintegrate fluctuates.
Expected Result:
Disintegrate provides a fixed amount of AP like other abilities. This bug also occurs on Conduit of Ice.
13) Bug: Icy Veins can proc stuff:
To replicate, allocate feat points into Icy Veins, slot storm spell, dev magic it to 100% chance to proc (since you can do stuff like that), slot EotS, cast an at will that does not add chill stacks at a dummy far away from you, then hit the dummy with an encounter power.
Observed Result:
The dummies near you take damage from storm spell proccing although all that happened was chill stacks were added.
Expected Result:
Storm Spell did not proc from chill stacks/Icy Veins.
Or maybe it's just late and I'm having hard time to read stuff at 3am.
14) Bug: Combustive Action's debuff is Applied to the Caster.
To replicate, slot combustive action and cast Oppressive Force.
Observed Result:
The debuff Icon appears on the caster's list of active effects. In addition, once 1 of the monsters hit you, you take 24% more damage.
Expected Result:
Combustive Action does not appear on your list of active status effects and does not debuff you.
This only occurs on Arcane Singularity, Furious Immolation and Oppressive Force.
15) Bug: Assailant Ignores Damage Immunity.
To replicate, find an opponent (like eGWD's last boss) which is immune to damage during some phase and proc Assailing Force against them.
Observed Result:
The opponent takes damage from Assailing Force.
Expected Result:
The opponent takes no damage from Assailing Force, they are immune.
16) Bug: Smolder does not benefit from Chilling Presence.
To replicate, apply smolder a few 100 times and observe the damage. Now set the state of enemies to permanently chilled with dev magic. Now slot chilling presence and apply smolder again.
Observed Result
Smolder deals the same amount of damage regardless of whether or not Chilling Presence is slotted.
Expected Result:
Smolder benefits from Chilling Presence.
17) Bug: Entangling Force off tab hits 1 more time than intended.
To replicate, slot Entangling Force off of tab and cast it against an opponent.
Observed Result:
Entangling Force hits 4 times, each time for 1/3rd the listed tooltip damage, meaning it hits for 33% more damage than intended off tab.
Expected Result:
Entangling Force hits 3 times.
18) Bug: Arcane Power Field does not benefit from Chilling Presence.
To replicate, cast a daily with APF slotted and observe the damage. Now set the state of enemies to permanently chilled with dev magic. Now slot chilling presence and apply APF again.
Observed Result
APF deals the same amount of damage regardless of whether or not Chilling Presence is slotted.
Expected Result:
APF benefits from Chilling Presence.
19) Bug: Incorrect Tooltips.
The tooltips of CoI, Icy Terrain, Arcane Singularity, Oppressive Force, Shard of Endless Avalanche, Maelstrom of Chaos, Sudden Storm and Icy Rays are not updated when you slot Chilling Presence to account for the damage increase. To replicate, look at the damage ranges of the above mentioned abilities, then slot CP and look again.
Observed Result:
The tooltips do not change.
Expected Result:
The tooltips are multiplied by 1.96.
Besides the base without arcane stacks maybe is 3 ticks.BUT when you start to build arcane stacks and especially on mastery is easier then the targets stay on air longer. THE longer they stay the more ticks will do the entagling force.
Also, that wiki page has not been edited since 2015 and is very out of date.
20) Bug: Storm Pillar Grants Combat Advantage.
To replicate, fully charge storm pillar, cast it, then walk to the side of the dummy opposite the Storm Pillar.
Observed Result:
Storm Pillar starts doing CA damage.
Expected Result:
Storm Pillar does not deal CA damage.

Thanks for all the fish.
And what about the fact that Elven Battle still completely removes the chill stacks that most of our damage comes from in PvP?
