mounts and customization

with the stables the mount you ride is for the most part just a skin. so why not make lower level versions of mounts that can drop while slaying enemies of that mount type. like if I wanted a mount skin for a polar bear I would go to icewind pass and farm polar bears till the mount skin drops. something simple, the mounts don't even need to be anything other then a common level mount since its just there for appearances.
what would also be nice is if there could be a way to take a mount you like and equip it with armor and dyes. the armor could be something simple as just putting a set armor on it, or having different levels of armor to make the mounts look more unique and personalized, then being able to dye not only the armor you put on your mount but the mount it self would be amazing I would love to dye my strider or axe beak a shard of blue because I don't like how the reddish orange or grey look with my soulforge. the character customization is what keeps me playing the game, and if you guys expanded it it would make the more enjoyable, and giving specialty drops like kill a specific creature in Neverwinter for a chance for a common level drop of that creature as a mount would encourage more people to actually farm apposed to just doing daily missions to farm campaign currencies.

    To get a mount it makes much more sense to catch and tame a wild creature instead of killing it in hope it was pregnant and would drop a mount.

    No..Mount skins and such are bought or earned in Call to Arm events. Leave things as is please. I like both as one requires a player grinding the other helps keep the game running.

    the way mounts work with stables is they are skins, I'm using the water horse skin when I have plus 140 % mount speed and 4000 armor penetration and the combat power tenser's transformation. mounts are skins it would make sense if you could farm white mounts with no powers just for the appearance. as for buying mounts the auction house is way over priced and the ones from the zen market and trade bar store dont add much to end game level characters and they dont change them out or add different ones that often. it would only make sense to make low level mount skins farmable from places like spinward rise, reclamation rock, the fiery pit just to make those places more popular to go to.
