    we can clearly see that removing the gateway greatly increased the stability of the servers like they said.

    Same here. No worries they will be in the office to fix it in a couple hours and a couple more to find/replace the dead hamster and clean the cage.

    Some have stated STO is down too but both games seem to be running for some so its more likely the account/log in system has lost the hamster. Maybe it went on strike for more cheese, o wait thats mice.

    i'm in eastern USA and also unable to login. guild and alliance mates in Australia and Europe are having the same issue.

    Same Here. Gonna try logging in through the gateway to see if it's just a problem with the launcher... Oh wait... They took that down... Guess I'm SOL...

    Due to the drastic increase in botting activity the authentication server has been closed permanently.....
