Not grouped after queues

Sinds today every time I queues for dungeon or pvp or skirmish I don't end up in a party at all. What's wrong with this and is there a way to end up in groups again, because this is getting silly.

    Still having problem go que go inside dungeon and your not inside group with others in dungeon, me single and rest is in group

    havving issues too with this, did the pit and i wasn't in the group.

    Seems to me that this is an issue with the CTA events. Happened to me the last event and I couldn't group even after it was over. Then with this newest CTA I tried to do a storyline skirmish on a different toon and wasn't grouped.

    This has happened to me twice and not great if you are playing a healer!

    Also getting stuck in a group after an instance and unable to leave group without relogging.

    I've been getting this constantly with my Paladin - every time I've tried to do a que over the past 2 days everyone else is grouped ok while I end up on my own and can't join the others group, all my other characters are fine apart from occasionally seeing some poor sod who's fallen victim to the "no group" bug.
