Mount combat power cooldowns

Hey everyone, I have tried to find this information on the internet, including the wiki, but it's incredibly difficult to find anything in that regard. Just what is the cooldown for those combat powers that can be found on legendary mounts?

    60 seconds IIRC

    My understanding is the 60 secs too.

    I have an Orange Strider and an Orange Gryffon and can confirm it is 60 seconds.
