Antique Scholar dont open the shop option

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I dont know if only i am have this problem but the antique scholar npc dont open the shop option to my char.
I have all set of lostmouth and need change the artefact on my pally... but the option only i have is "goodbye".

Someone know whats happen?

    I guess you have to un-equip your lostmauth stuff in order to get the options?

    I'm also having this issue with my DC I go to the lady and try and trade but she doesn't have the shop only goodbye

    Support answered me:
    "(...) that only characters created before the Lostmauth exchange was implemented qualify for the exchange. "
