    This is because the foundry is down for the most part. There are only a few foundry quests currently available. You can find them by pressing L and going to the Catalogue.

    No quests will come up on the Job boards because only certain ones are supposed to. I do believe there are about 25 Foundry quests currently available in the game, if you look at the Catalogue.

    0 available. Foundry has been off since .. alliances.

    There are zero Foundry quests available.
    I wasted five million AD promoting the Foundry.

    I don't remember, since it's been forever, but wouldn't it say "locked" for characters under level 15? Wasn't there a level you had to be before you could access foundry?

    Level 15 is the required level to access the Foundry editor. Well, would be if the process would actually complete...
