where are my figurines ?

in General Discussion (Xbox One)
in 5 days playing jubilee all day every day with 4 characters i have only gotten 2-3 figurines each.it's a daily event so each should have FIVE figurines WTF ???!!!!!

    I'm not sure where you got that idea.

    There is no task that gives a figurine. They come from bounties and gift exchange and are random. This year the only earnable currency as a reward is the Renown.

    it clearly states that the FIRST protectors bounty opened each day provides a figurine !!!!

    There are several places that I have seen, 2 blogs and Elminster come to mind. Neither blog includes the word first anywhere. And the "how do I earn figurines" question at Elminster doesn't either. Those are the places I based my response on. So, I guess I missed a source.

    when speaking to Elminster "tell me about rewards I can earn" in the dialogue at the top highlighted and underlined in purple 'Protectors Bounty' when you click on this it states this pack contains
    (Protectors figurine)first pack opened each day
    (Neverwinter renown) etc.
    they don't make easy to find but thats what it says.the info should be located in "how do I earn figurines".
    My point is this does not seem to be the case or i would have 5 for each character unless it is per/account which doen't make sense.

    I just noticed even if you highlight a Protectors bounty in your inventory and read possible contents it says this

    Yeah, my bad, I didn't look closely at those, just the announcements and Elminsters text.

    I looked around and the theory on the PC side is that it is using a 24 clock cooldown from the time you open one. so, if you open one at 2 pm today and get the figurine, it will be sometime after 2 pm tomorrow to get another. This could easily cause missed figurines if you do not play and open them at same time each day. Not a good implementation.

    Are you running all the daily quests. I did not one one character to start with and just ran the stronghold merchant quest over and over and for some reason did not seem to get any. Now that I have the daily routine I know I get one from opening the first one from doing the quests,
