Treasures of Tyranny Vouchers

I know that there is a way to create Vouchers for Dark Gifts, Fey trinkets, and FRozen treasures in the campaigns now and it is quite useful. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to make Treasures of Tyranny Vouchers? Did i miss that somewhere? It seems logical to me for there to be one somewhere considering the amount you have to have is sometimes 5 times that of the other three.

    Nope. The Tyranny vouchers don't exist in the campaign. However, you can now donate Dragon Bones, Dragon Gems, and Dragon Forged Steel to the guild coffer. Dragon Forged Steel can be purchased in Protector's Enclave for 50 Dragon Hoard Coins and 10 Gold. I guess this is supposed to be the equivalent to the campaign vouchers for the other areas. It is nice that these items have a use, again.

    stolen treasure of tyranny vouchers are dropped at random when killing critters in
    the stronghold
