Aggravating Strike and Shield Slam

My aggravating strike and shield slam are unable to be used since the first time ive unlock the skills in guardian fighter char. When im clicking while blocking nothing happened. There is no icon on the power tray while im blocking, and i cant put the aggrav strike and shield slam in the power tray. Can anybody help me with this issue?

    You need to submit a ticket to customer service explaining that your character is bugged with powers that did not automatically slot, and you require a respec to fix it. They should provide a complimentary one as this is a known issue.
