Protector's Friendship and Protector's Camaraderie on Lightfoot Thief Companion

in Bug Reports (PC)
1) Log in to a Trickster Rogue having the Lightfoot Thief summoned
2) Slot Protector's Friendship and Protector's Camaraderie on mounts (I used Winter Wolf and Giant Crab ones)
3) Head to puppets in Stronghold
4) Begin to strike a puppet
5) While striking a puppet, observe buffs recevied from summoned pet

Observed Result:
Protector's Friendship and Protector's Camaraderie don't proc multi-times as in description.

Expected Result:
Protector's Friendship and Protector's Camaraderie should stack up to 4 times.

I attach a video showing that Lightfoot Thief doesn't work, while other pets like Blinking Dog and Zentharim Warlock works very well (Zentharim Warlock is one of my guildmates' pet, as you can see in the video). I attach a screenshot of my pets too, so you can test it with the appropriate colors.

    Considering they multi-proc bonding runestones like madmen, it's almost like this bug is a balance feature!

    It's weird that it's very specific to the lightfoot, but maybe it's got something to do with whatever causes it to be so good at getting excess bonding stacks. Anyone got a drow mercenary to test with?

    Yes, It's bugged on Drow Merc too. I tested it yesterday after finding this thread. Merc got problems with keeping even one stack of Protector's Camaraderie, while Shadow Demon got 4 stacks all the time. :/

    I think I switch to my Shadow demon then until its fixed.

    @kazecet with Lightfoot Thief it's the same. It's almost impossible having just one stack of both powers.

    lightfoot attack non stop should able to stack the bonuses. i got the companion for his bleed and decide it to make it my striker so lf fix please companions are the biggest investment in the game................. and if sometimes give 4th stack i dont mind fix that as well.

    yes it seems like only the deft strike procs it, and the sly flourish is bugged

    sadly i dont think its going to get fixed anytime soon, so i switched to quickling companion

    Ty @bonnine to test it out. I wasn't able to discover why it doesn't work as in description.
    @strumslinger and the other devs, considering that this bug seems to involve many player and that having a Lightfoot Thief costs a lot of money respect to other pets, could you fix this problem pls?

    You do realize that the probability that "bonding stone awesomeness bug is equal to protector's suckiness bug" is approximately 1, right?

    You should be careful what you wish for. Might find your expensive pet is useless when it starts working correctly.

    Well, I just have to understand if Lightfoot Thief can be a good pet or not. And no, they are not linked, simply some pet's powers don't work with some mounts' powers. Otherwise, why doesn't it work with Drow Merc too?

    Because the Drow Merc has the exact same abilities as the lightfoot thief.

    Renegade evoker has the same problem. Purple.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    Yeti don't work well too, i think maybe this only happens to melee pets

    Is this EVER gonna get fixed? Makes Protector's Friendship and Protector's Camaraderie worthless on Lightfoot
