Has my mount disappeared?

After the Maze Engine update I can't find my previously used mount. It was a Medium Adventurer Horse, not to be found in the Zen Market either. It's not in my inventory, what's more, I got a special quest to acquire "my first" mount. Now I have a basic horse and the mount system says that I don't have any more mounts. What happened with my previous one? I payed a lot of money to buy it from the Zen Market. Is something wrong with the game or have all previous mounts disappeared? What is with the money we payed for them? Or am I missing something?

This Medium Adventure Horse seems to be disappearing for many... My suggestion is turn in a support ticket... they need to know its a big issue before they look into it...

This morning I got an update for my ticket. According to that the Medium Adventurer's Horse has been removed from the game due to technical reasons, and as a compensation every account is going to get 3500 Zen so we can all buy a new Epic Mount from the Zen Market (note that the Zen can be used for any other purpose if you want). Personally I will do just that.

Edit: Oh, and thank you for the developers for sorting this out.

I was able to reclaim all of my previous mounts from the zen market or the claims agent even though I disgarded them before. Go check the rewards agent in PE.

No it is not there. I checked the rewards vendor but he only gave me the Maze Engine reward pack. I also checked the bank but nothing. I've lost my old mount.

I just got a response from Support. They're saying it's a known issue and the devs are looking into it. Let's hope for the best.

I got the same response from support, its kind of killed the game for me abit, the free 50 % speed mount is far to slow, especially well doing some of the maze engine dailies

I'm not one to toss around the "your game is broken, you owe me my money", but I paid a lot of money specifically for that mount, buying it directly from the Zen Market, so having it removed with no fix is near criminal - theft. This is insane - just give me a token or something for a new 110% mount for my account and let's move on.

I can relate to that. It was not a cheap mount. I won't play until this is resolved. Not because I'm some kind of a whiner but because I don't have another purple mount and I find all the others just too slow. And to be honest I don't want to spend a lot of money again for a new mount. This should be resolved without any further cost.

I believe so, its the epic mount medium adventure horse, it feels like this issue has been pushed aside, further adding insult by the mount giveaways on stream, i think an offer of a replacement isnt too much to ask.

Please if you haven't sent a ticket to Support, do so, so they know that it's a bigger issue than some complaining users. I haven't got any update since though.

Same issue here! Purchased the Medium Adventurers Horse from the Zen Market using USD and it's gone. It's not in my inventory or in the stable/mount tab. Neither are any of the other mounts that I've worked hard to earn/achieve in-game.

If you paid with $$ then log a ticket with Microsoft stating when it happened, when you reported it and what their reply and follow up has been. Microsoft have the ability to refund you & charge it to PWE.

This will also apply pressure on the company to pull their finger out and come up with a solution instead of excuses.

I check regularly to see if it is there by some miracle. Nothing to date. Thanks for the idea armadeonx - for some reason, contacting Microsoft didn't even occur to me.

now thats great! they returned you 3500zen, go pick up your maze engine pack with 50% mount discount coupon and get your self a new mount or 2. (you can get another maze engine pack with 50% discount coupon on each character until they remove it)
