Artifact equipment question

Hey everyone. I am currently a 63rd Control Wizard and I have a few artifact equipment pieces. What is the quickest way to level them up. I know you can't use enchantments to level them like normal artifacts. I only have about 90k AD atm. Any help would be great. Thanks.

When you get lvl 70 artifact items, your strategy changes.
To level them up you need 4.6M RPs. Most importantly, only level them up during 2×RP events.
Second, farm as many resonance stones as you can, as well as peridots and such.
Third, buy as much cheap green and blue equipment as you can afford. By "cheap" I mean items where you get at least one RP per AD...preferably more. Don't expect to get much more than 2 RP per AD.
Bottom line...expect it to cost over a million AD and a lot of farming per artifact equipment piece.
When you get level 70 items, feed your current items into them. You can feed your weapon into your level 70 weapon at any time as it always gives double refinement...but only feed the belt into another belt during 2×RP. You will still only get 80% of the RP you put in, though.
