did you guys have the same issues?
i check on xboxlive status and it only says that the IGN for the xbox360 is having issues now and not the xbox1
so what's going on with the security token again

Force quit neverwinter or hard reset the console and you should get the update.

I've contacted Technical Support over this multiple times, even posted in the forums with the tracert. Now it's completely unplayable.
Anyone know what's going on?
