    It happened to me too. I bought some zen, but as it was processing I got the same error message you received. Logged into my bank account and the money was drawn but no Zen in game. I'll chalk it up for now as a server error from daylight savings perhaps?

    I'll check tomorrow if I received the Zen or not. If not then I'll have to follow up with a mod and ask for some advice how to handle this.

    Same purchased zen from store and got message that game credit is delayed or something like that and didn't receive the zen

    I bought 100$ worth of Zen through the Xbox Marketplace. And since around 7/8 PM Central Time.. No Zen. I am really, really frustrated about this.

    If I were you guys I would put in a ticket with support asap. Seems like a widespread issue at the moment so hopefully it gets resolved in a timely manner.

    I also had this problem yesterday and I made a support ticket and from the response I received back from arc is that this is an xbox marketplace issue I have now contacted xbox support and am waiting for a call back I will update with any info I get

    **UPDATE**
    I just spoke to someone at xbox support he said they are aware of the issue and are trying to resolve it but if you have had this happen I would recommend you call them asap because they told me other people are being charged multiple times (one person was charged x8) for a single purchase attempt.

    I just logged on neverwinter and I now finally have the zen I purchased almost 24 Hours ago

    something that made me laugh out loud was I click on charge at the top of the website here and go to look at my transactions and it says "you must complete complete blacklake district first" which is silly seeing I'm a level 43 and finished that area a long time ago.

    Same here. Purchased Zen got connecting to account server, purchased the zen then I got Purchase credit is delayed at this time. Checked my bank account money was withdrawn 2 times because I thought there was an error so I purchased twice and now it says there is a problem with this Microsoft product.
