New Bug doesn't allow Parties

So over the past couple of days I have republished some of my foundries. I used to be able to group with friends and run them together. This was good for testing etcetera, however now when u run them in combat maps it splits each party member into a separate instance of the same map. Initially I thought it might have been tied to the character level, the first time we attempted it we had different level characters. So tried it again today with different classes and same level, still split each party member into their own instance. So beyond the simply annoying fact that u can't complete the quest together, when you reach the end you can not gather party to leave because you are all in separate instances. So looking for some input on a solution.
