level 60 2 players quest

I got my second character to level 60 for the epic artifact quest my first is level 70 but when i logged in to my first player to collect reward it still says get 2 characters to level 60 1/2 and i got the achievement get 2 character to 60

    It's old information. It's sloppy work by the programers/developers like the quests you still get for dungeons that no longer exist. There are many similar type errors from upping the level cap to 70 that you may see.

    Icewind Dale was a level 60 area and that instruction is leftover text. You need two characters able to get into IWD, so you need 2 70's.

    Since PWE basically copy-pastes things without checking, the quest dialog is legacy and inaccurate. You need two characters at level 70 for that quest. There are a lot of errors like this in game, such as Knox promising the Greater Mark of your choice on weekends.
