Why is "Fast Community Review" ranked 4th overall?

This campaign is clearly a ruse to get the author reviews for rewards at the expense of players. This is a sham that has gone on far too long. It makes the claim that players would exploit the foundry completely true, and is a slap to the face of all authors who put countless hours in creating real content.

    A fix would be to have a 5-10 minute quest minimum after X amount of plays/completions. If it is less, it's taken down.

    Another possible "fix" is to apply a negative rating modifier for each "average duration" minute it is below the 15 minute baseline. Otherwise... these quests would just occupy the new/review tab lists in the same way these quests are currently occupying the best list.
