Dex/Str or Dex/Cha Dodge or Life Steal

Hello i am wondering what is better for a non perma-stealth rogue? I am now Dex/Cha Exe but i read Cha is bugged and even have a Negative Effect on criticals.

    non perma stealth?

    go scoundrel all feats on dmg and deflect. take str+dex and focus on life steal. your good to go.

    It is a different choice with better survivability and adaptability.​​

    Again this is one reason that I need a respec for my toon. I used to be CHA heavy... because I thought it did something... when it doesn't. Stupid butt-headed liars... lol.

    When I was Exec I was more STR than CHA.​​

    Cha works for deflect but not for damage...

    I've tested this myself. I havent seen much difference in damage while using cha or str (with rest of points in CON)
    Overal DPS was almost the same, maybe 1-2% difference.
    Did testing on preview for over 5min with sly flourish, witch active companion and CA bonus;
    no feats, power points or boons spend.

    That is why I prefer DEX/CHA, it gives you same dps and better survivalability.

    I would still like to see some confirmation on my tests
    However im specced for max deflect so i prefer cha

    Working on the confirmation... but the results will not be made public. The results of both tests will go directly to the Devs. Your testing was immaculate... and hard to refute.

    We will all know if something is changed... when it is changed. I know that sucks... but that is where we are at.​​

    Im thinking that DEX/STR is the best way to go in PvP. Below i made calculations for 16:15:13:11:11:9 roll for Half Orc.

    [Lostmauth Set + Campfire + Potions {16:15:13:11:11:9}]:
    16 + 3 = 19 + 4 = 23 + 5 = 28 + 2 = 30[DEX]
    15 + 3 = 18 + 4 = 22 + 3 = 25 + 2 = 27[STR]
    13 + 1 = 14 + 2 = 16 + 2 = 18 + 2 = 20[CHA]
    11 + 1 = 12 + 2 = 14 + 1 = 15[INT]
    11 + 1 = 12 + 2 = 14 + 1 = 15[CON]
    9 + 1 = 10 + 2 = 12 + 1 = 13[WIS]

    >20% AoE resist
    >20% Crit Chance
    >30% Deflect Chance
    >17% DoT resist
    >17% Stamina regeneration
    >17% Damage bonus
    >+10% more max. HP
    >3% control resist
    >5% Recharge Speed(Sabo needs around 20-25% recharge speed to works well)
    >10% Combat Advantage Damage(its less effective because CA not works good on crit damages)
