Hi,
I have this problem for a week now. Submitted a support ticket, but they can't help. They'll tell me something about wrong password!? If I don't log in, how can the password be wrong?

First the error appeard after 5 login a day. I've waited a few hours. Everything was back in order. Then the error appeared already at second login attempt. Waited more than 24 hours and tried it again. Now, I can no longer log in at all. :s "Too many attempts; please try again later".

firewall and antivirus turned off. Using Windows 10

    Could someone know your login id and try to login? i.e. that person keeps on logging in as you and provides wrong passwords and locks your account.

    should arc defender not prevent or show it? "Logging In From A New computer"

    Got the same problem today :(

    And arc defender does not show up until after you've been logged in
