Wrong Arifact weapon

I noticed there is to artifact weapons for level 70 devoted cleric. My friend ended up getting the one that had life steal in it. I was wondering how he can change that weapon to the one that has recovery. Please let me know how you can get this weapon exchanged I appreciate all your time

    On the character gear screen go to the weapon and select manage powers from the menu. It'll cost 4 augmented cubes to unlock a random new power.

    No Cube only changes feasts, do the tyranny of dragons campaign task (Artifact weapon) then u can choose a lev 60 or 70 weapon

    Lvl 70 main hand powers are now able to be swapped out without a whole new weapon, with cubes.
    Edit- sry just read OP again, different stats on the weapon, hmm interesting- I'll have to check that out.
