hmm..feytouched works only every 20 secs ... i can't understand why it's by far the best one....20 secs are more than enough for the opponent to kill yu ..xD..it's kinda useless even though i have seen some pre OP gwf's having it...
i would recommend plaguefire enchantment as it makes a lot more damage and also reduces oppponents defence...
vorpal is good for tr's who crit a lot ...bile is for tr's too ...
1. Feytouched has no gaps in activation when you reach Transcendent grade. There's a reason when a lot of knowledgeable and respected players consider it the best.
2. Plaguefire adds less than 10% damage increase even at Transcendent grade and full 3 stacks. A "lot more damage" ?? I don't think so. Again, there's also a reason why its not so popular as it once was.
3. Vorpal still not too bad, but certainly not in the "BiS" category as it onced used to be, since it is also hit really, really hard by tenacity, and Bilethorn is a gimmicky enchant which has very special and/or limited, situational use. I know a build or two that capitalizes in it, but those builds are in no way considered 'standard' and more like a pet project/troll build that requires really skilled players to use it well.
Stop making excuses. Be a man. If you know something to be broken, stop using it. Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'

Even if Fey procs only on 1 target, it still is by far the best.
It's 18% incoming damage reduction and 18% damage buff for you. Even at single target, with 100% uptime (20s duration equals the cooldown) it beats terror or PF debuff, is not under tenacity like vorpal and doesn't require a particular stat to be high, like vorpal. Also counting that 18% damage buff is hard to reach even qith Vorpal unless you have very high crit chance. I remember someone in the past saying 30% crit chance+ PVorpal was an overall 10-12% damage buff. SO you need 40-45%+ crit chance at least.
Also, the AoE debuff is very useful. Examples: start of a match, get on node, all enemies are on node, close to you.
And it's 1st attack.
Even without the AoE debuff, the single target effect with 100% uptime beats other enchants. Imho.
I remember an enchant rework is planned/ devs want to fix some stuff.

Hmm...Had upgraded my vorpal from perfect to transcendent and borrowed a t.fey to test...
Being TR well vorpal tested to have better consistent damage since most of the time I'm attacking from stealth.
But while the buff was on for t.fey, I was doing about 15% more damage compared to t.vorpal from stealth per combat logs from about 8 fights, not including the weapon damage increase...But the buff does not stay on 100% for me, it drops after 20 seconds and doesn't activate till 20sec later...Unless of course I'm doing something wrong.
In PVP though t.fey when buff is on allows me to kill really fast...Really helps against those annoying GFs and OPs.
Sorry had no experience with t.fey pre-stronghold so I don't know if this is supposed to be different.
