i left just after they totally nerfed my cw...i'd hoped the exodus since may have made the dev's get the hint and pump some life back into pvp...now i'm not so sure they've learnt from their mistakes
TR is more useful than DC imo.. for the backcap factor. A DC can be taken down via coordination. A Pally almost can't.
And HR >>>>>>> CW, we all know this already.

Under certain conditions, I'd agree. But on a coordinated team, a TR is the easiest to tie down (render ineffective). Stick him with a Paladin, or a DC. On the other hand, a faithful DC, besides being able to solo-delay the TR, could score a win more often for the team.
PS: I play both.
Paladin can tie on the flag, but they cant kill anything since the nerf to DJ. Same with DC, though a bit higher overall dps and ranged.
Imo atm CW is best, because you can deal with OP and DC due to Repel spam and CC. You also get decent sustain, shield and immunity frame from dodge.
2. Would be GF, HR and TR. GF have insane burst and with shield you can block a lot. TR perma stealth + SE is still decent, but cant do much on his own vs DC or OP. (at least since the nerf to SO proc). HR is doing well due to perma root+ dazzle.
2.5 - Paladin Tank, mostly due to DR daily that can change team fights.
3. GWF, (nearly unkillable for most classes, except MI TR) mostly due to current Negation and Trans Fey.
5. SW, cause outside of the bugged few million proc it deals low dmg and have low escape / surivvality.
*I've put GWF as 3 only cause in mod 7 it will perform a bit worse due to Negation nerf.
