  The Dragon Server is not down, nor has it been today. Whatever you're experiencing that is interrupting your connection is most likely not on the game's end. Any other regional issues, please use the forum for that region, especially in regards to Russia and China, as they have their own servers even. This forum is for the Dragon server only. Thanks!
