Beware when using Zen coupons

We used to be able to double click on a Zen coupon and it will apply automatically when you purchase an item. But right now it tries to trick you, even if it shows you the discounted price from the Zen page, you have to manually select the coupon again when confirming the purchase.

    I was told that I must not have followed the instructions properly when I bought my 3 pack of Blood Rubies... when I actually did follow the instructions to a tee.
    I was charged full price and the coupon disappeared

    The professions coupon from the level up boxes doesn't work for me either, although the coupon doesn't disappear.
